We have been working closely with The Writers’ Group to establish a digital strategy and business plan to take the company through the years ahead. The Writers’ Group is a Sydney-based team of 20 freelance writers who write marketing copy and website content for companies.
The company’s CEO Siobhan Doran wanted to consolidate their service offering in a way that would be most relevant to their clients. What began as a copywriting business has increasingly focused on digital content, and a plan was required to consolidate this process.
A business plan was created to achieve this objective, and a digital strategy was enacted to integrate social media, analytics and a website strategy. The digital strategy also incorporated integrated management of contacts across Twitter, LinkedIn, and email distribution lists. This cross-platform database was leveraged via a CRM system to further support regular targeted communications.
Now these digital processes are refined and coordinated, The Writers’ Group can focus more strategically on its business growth, moving forward.
